If you’re lacking motivation, try starting a new activity with someone else and stick to a routine – it helps if it’s fun and you enjoy what you’re doing. Take it slow it start and gradually build up the amount of activity you do over time. It doesn’t matter what you wear, as long as it’s suitable and safe for the activity you’re taking part in, and suitable for the winter weather.
Sometimes finding the time to be more active can be difficult, but if you find an activity you enjoy and build it into your life as part of your routine, you’ll soon reap the rewards and you’ll be winning this winter!
